You enter your participant information via our reservation form, by sending an e-mail or by phone. If you have made a reservation online, you will be contacted by phone on the same day. Confirmation will be obtained from you and your final registration will be made.
Early reservations are made to reduce the expenses of the holiday you are planning. We recommend that you make an early reservation to take advantage of discounted or promotional ticket advantages, especially on international tours.
The rules stated in the registration and contract form are valid for the cancellation of the reservation.
In order to make a reservation by phone, you must first forward your name and surname to our customer representative. You can pay the tour fee with a contracted credit card via the mail order system or you can confirm your reservation by bank transfer.
All persons over the age of 18 can participate in package tours. Persons under the age of 18 can join our tours under adult supervision.
Lunch is free on all daily tours. Only the boat tour is all-inclusive and the other tours are chargeable. There is no lunch on the 3-hour tours, and the drinks are paid.
